All apparel is produced on demand through a third-party fulfillment provider. Minor variations in color, print placement, and sizing may occur due to the production process.

Size charts are provided where available. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before purchase.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in the applicable currency and include VAT depending on customer location. Payment is required in full at checkout.

4. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns — EU & UK Customers

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item.

To exercise this right:

• You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be returned within 14 days of notification.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original standard shipping charges will be refunded where required by law.

Returned items must be sent to the address provided after return approval and not to the fulfillment provider.

6. Returns — Outside EU & UK

For customers outside the EU and UK: All apparel sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged goods.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items (All Regions)

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. A replacement or refund will be provided where appropriate.

8. Nature of Services

AI Inspiration Sessions and related offerings are creative consulting services focused on artistic exploration and the use of artificial intelligence tools.

These services are not therapy, psychological counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice.

No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

9. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Sessions are scheduled for 30-45 minutes unless otherwise stated.

10. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Digital Services)

These services include personalized preparation and customized digital content.

By purchasing, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of preparation and personalization.

Once work has begun, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies in accordance with applicable EU and UK consumer laws.

11. Rescheduling Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be declined.

No refunds are provided for completed sessions or missed appointments.

12. Digital Deliverables

Personalized digital materials are delivered electronically within 5–10 days after the session.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on scope and complexity.

13. Intellectual Property

All materials, including personalized guides and AI-assisted documents, remain the intellectual property of the seller unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are granted a non-transferable, non-commercial license for personal use only.

14. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Services may incorporate artificial intelligence tools for creative exploration and document generation. All outputs are reviewed by a human prior to delivery.

AI-generated content is provided for inspiration and exploration and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of products or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the seller is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
